• Delivering technical projects across engineering, product, data, and operations teams. • Owns projects fully and is accountable for delivery, not just status reporting. • Works alongside engineers to shape solutions, recognize when a technical approach has holes in it, and keep work moving in a fast-paced Agile environment. • Participates in technical discussions with enough depth to add value. • Drives end-to-end project management including scope definition, scheduling, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. • Maintains project tracking, sprint alignment, and reporting that gives stakeholders real visibility. • Facilitates project reviews, design discussions, and decision-making forums to remove blockers and keep teams aligned. • Continuously improves delivery processes, tooling, and documentation.

• Responsible for managing Healthcare Products, from design to deployment, and implementation support efforts • Should be able to contribute in building and maintaining modern applications with cloud native architecture • Manage top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure successful delivery in adherence stakeholder goals • Lead a team of Scrum Master/Managers and ensure progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects • Should be able to own the delivery team as a supervisor and manage their performance • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones • Ensure processes are adhere, and product vision is implemented in timely manner • Understanding risks, dependencies and increasing value delivered through the project / product life • Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation • Develop comprehensive project/ product plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical, as required • Ensure the team maintains the required documentation for knowledge management • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives • Ability to work well with diverse teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations • Execute all aspects of large construction projects, refresh, retrofits, from planning to implementation to completion • Approve concept designs, deliver project schedule assign and allocate resources • Manages internal staff, hiring, mentoring, training and evaluating • Hire and manage contractors, architects, engineers and interface • Prepare and develop budget and manages the maintenance of the master budget and schedule • Documents all phases of the project prepares project status reports for Sr Management on a recurring basis throughout the project, checking milestones

• Own client infrastructure projects end to end: intake, scoping, work breakdown, scheduling, budget tracking, risk management, change management, and closeout. • Build project plans that map work to the right tier: L2 for endpoint and site work, L3 for server and platform execution. • Manage the L2 Field Support Technicians and L3 Systems Administrators assigned to your projects. • Coordinate platform administrators and Senior Engineers in a matrix model. • Coach engineers on delivery discipline: change records, runbooks, and client communication that holds up in front of a CMMC or SOC 2 assessor. • Challenge estimates and plans with technical specifics, then commit to the accountable engineer. • Participate in design reviews, enforce the approved design during execution, and route proposed deviations back to the Principal Solutions Architect. • Run client communication for project work: kickoffs, status reporting, change windows, and delay conversations. • Integrate compliance into delivery: change control on CUI-relevant systems and assessor-ready closeout packages aligned to NIST 800-171. • Coordinate vendors and carriers inside project scope.

• Simultaneously lead multiple Advanced Development and Technology Development projects. • Understand the balance of innovation vs forward progress. • Establish and lead continuous improvement efforts related to Advanced Development and Technology Development processes, key mental models, and toolsets. • Manage transition and from Advanced Development to PDP. • Manage project vision creation and project change management. • Own Project Reporting communication to both Management and Customers. • Lead and mentor team members in project management principles, key processes, risk management, issue resolution, decision making, etc. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
