Role Description - Lead technical project management activities across assigned initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed. - Serve as a technical PM/lead and utility player who can provide oversight while also contributing to technical work in areas such as AI, data analysis, data loading, and software development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and business partners to drive alignment, execution, and delivery of project goals. - Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, technical tasks, and clear deliverables. - Track progress, identify and escalate issues, and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track. - Support requirements gathering, technical documentation, and communication of project status, milestones, and outcomes. - Contribute to process improvement efforts and help establish effective project delivery practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree). - Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST". Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. - 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program coordination, or a related role. - Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and communicate clearly with a variety of audiences. - Hands-on technical aptitude with the ability to contribute to or support work in AI, data analysis, data loading, or software development. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills. - Ability to operate independently while also partnering effectively with team members and leadership. Requirements - Experience supporting healthcare or technology consulting projects. - Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, AI-enabled solutions, or software delivery lifecycles. - Experience leading process improvement initiatives. - Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent. - Experience in a utility-player role supporting both delivery management and hands-on technical tasks.
