• Lead a team of developers (2 to 3) and drive development releases and support. • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, Web) using React Native and React Native for Web. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code. • Integrate applications with backend APIs and optimize performance across multiple platforms. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and automation. • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features. • Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or BFF architectures. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. • Apply testing best practices using frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and Maestro. • Utilize state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query) and performance optimization techniques. • Work with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, CloudFront, ECS) for scalable deployments. • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of Software Development experience, especially with React Native, React (Web), TypeScript and modern mobile/web development practices.
- Strong product acumen and a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Proficiency working with design systems and frontend frameworks (Tailwind, React Native).
- Hands-on experience in building scalable cross-platform applications.
- Previous experience with AWS cloud services is strongly preferred

Role Description Under general direction, responsible for the design, configuration, and operation of complete building control systems with a focus on HVAC Controls to meet the intent of the project requirements. Accountable to field teams for quality, timeliness and efficiency of designs.
