• Communicate with customer very closely, and find their demand and required improvement by native Japanese or English Language. • Work with on-site advanced computing analysis and metrology modeling most of time, and provide high level technical support to customer. • Provide application recipe, system operation support and training to customers directly. • System Installation Qualify, Data Acquisition, Trouble shooting. • Train customers on tool operation, recipe creation and generate training material if necessary. • Work collaboratively with system apps and service team by cross functionally to do trouble shooting on the tools. • Providing new system technology information and develop new application with customer. • Catch up latest feature and introduce to customer specially software analysis related. • Early morning or late night internal conference call if needed in case escalation the facing issue. • Can be support Japan more than 10 years over.
