Technical Recruiter
Job Mobz
• Source and attract top technical talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of engineering candidates. • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience is ideal.
- Sourcing-only is acceptable - this does not need to be a seasoned full-cycle closer.
- “Lighter” experience can work if shown strong general cognitive ability , clear learning velocity, and real passion for recruiting + tech .
- Core requirement: engineering hiring exposure.
- Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable if the candidate can translate).
- Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/LinkedIn profiles (titles, scope, tech stack indicators, project impact, progression).
