Role Description IntegrityM is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and oversee complex healthcare program audits in support of federal oversight initiatives. This full-time leadership role is responsible for managing audit engagements, supervising professional staff, ensuring compliance with government auditing standards, and delivering high-quality audit reports to support program integrity objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in healthcare auditing, deep knowledge of federal health program requirements, and demonstrated success managing audit teams in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through reporting and follow-up. - Develop audit work plans, risk assessments, and testing methodologies. - Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, program guidance, and Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate audit staff. - Review workpapers, findings, and reports for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards. - Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders. - Identify emerging risks and recommend process improvements. - Support continuous enhancement of audit methodologies and internal quality controls. Qualifications - Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in the auditing field. - Demonstrated knowledge of federal healthcare programs, related regulations, manuals, coverage and payment rules, and Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). - Experience auditing managed care or health plan organizations preferred. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent from an accredited institution required. - Master’s degree preferred. - Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. • Review designs for compliance with the building regulations and fire safety standards and FSC compliance, report design non-compliances and risks, workshop with design team to develop most suitable design solution for client requirements • Review fire safety strategies, fire engineering designs, and compliance documentation • Review installations relating to fire safety on site for compliance with Building Regulations and project specifications • Undertake benchmark inspections relating to fire safety items • Coordinate inspections and compliance activities throughout all project stages • Carry out site inspections to monitor compliance with fire safety requirements, Building Regulations, and approved designs • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and specialist consultants to resolve fire safety and compliance issues • Review drawings, specifications, ancillary certificates, and project documentation • Review technical submittals where required on Projects • Support the preparation and management of inspection plans and certification records • Review and collate quality documentation, and handover records, witness Testing and Commissioning of M&E systems to verify operation and cause and effect and fire safety strategies • Monitor construction quality and ensure fire stopping, compartmentation, and life safety systems are installed in accordance with specifications • Provide technical guidance relating to fire safety regulations, standards, and best practice • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while delivering high-quality consultancy services • Chair, participate and contribute in project meetings, with both internal and external stakeholders

The CX Compliance team is essential in ensuring that our global CX Compliance Operations function efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver high-quality resolutions. As a Senior Analyst, Compliance TMS Operations within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers (individuals/entities) that may lead to drafting and filing a SAR. You will work extensively with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and support functions to maintain production and quality of the highest standard. You will work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and remain open to feedback from all levels to drive continuous improvement in compliance handling.

• Assist in performing document formatting per Shionogi standards for submission related documentation. • Assist in the remediation of PDF documents by bookmarking, hyperlinking and QCing to ensure compliant electronic files. • Provide support to the Regulatory Operations team. • Provide general assistance to the Regulatory Affairs department as needed.
