• Draft, control, manage, and maintain Health & Safety and PSDP documentation, required across multiple construction projects and operations • Support the preparation and ongoing maintenance of project documentation, including Preliminary Safety & Health Plans and Stage Reports • Support the preparation and maintenance of Team documentation to inc. Fee bids, Tenders and General Administrative requirements • Assist in the preparation, review and handover of project Safety Files requiring coordination with design teams, contractors and project PSCS • Liaise with project teams, designers, contractors, and external stakeholders regarding documentation requirements • Ensure version control, document numbering, approvals and distribution protocols are followed • Maintain document registers and ensure records are accurate, complete, and auditable • Support internal and external audits related to Health & Safety documentation • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all documentation in line with GDPR requirements

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, junior, and mid-level roles across engineering and support functions. • Post and manage job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers page. • Screen CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines. • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Help manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners as needed. • Assist in managing contract and offer negotiations

• Lead the electrical design of building services systems across all project stages • Prepare and review electrical calculations, specifications, reports, and technical documentation. • Oversee and check AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) drawings/models for quality and compliance. • Coordinate with mechanical engineers, architects, and external consultants. • Manage project delivery, including timelines, resourcing, and client interface. • Lead site inspections, technical submittal reviews, and respond to contractor RFIs during construction. • Prepare and review tender documentation and technical assessments. • Ensure compliance with Irish standards (ET101, BS, EN, IEC, CIBSE). • Contribute to energy-efficient and low-carbon electrical design strategies (e.g. lighting efficiency, smart systems, renewables integration). • Mentor and review work of junior engineers.

• Create detailed Mechanical systems with Mechanical calculations, schedules, specifications and technical documentation • Producing drawings and layouts in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM) • Coordinating designs with electrical engineers and other disciplines • Assisting with site inspections, surveys, and responding to contractor queries during construction • Supporting project delivery tasks such as document control, tender packs and design reviews • Maintain project documentation in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring up to date records for electrical designs

• Work closely with, and support a senior consultant and wider HSM team to learn the PSDP function • Support preparation of project documentation, including: Preliminary Safety & Health Plans PSDP Stage Reports Safety File compilation • Attend client, design, and site meetings • Conduct design health & safety reviews with project design teams • Carry out site visits and audits • Coordinate and liaise with all project stakeholders • Review designs and designer risk assessments for compliance with Health & Safety legislation • Coordinate residual hazards and risks • Provide safety support to internal and external project teams • Offer competent advice to clients and designers on legislation and best practice • Manage dedicated projects, including financial oversight • Deliver general health & safety consultancy services to clients • Support health & safety input for project bids

• Support the delivery of electrical building services designs across a diverse portfolio of projects • Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team • Gain exposure to projects from early concept stages through to construction and project handover

• Review designs for compliance with the building regulations and fire safety standards and FSC compliance, report design non-compliances and risks, workshop with design team to develop most suitable design solution for client requirements • Review fire safety strategies, fire engineering designs, and compliance documentation • Review installations relating to fire safety on site for compliance with Building Regulations and project specifications • Undertake benchmark inspections relating to fire safety items • Coordinate inspections and compliance activities throughout all project stages • Carry out site inspections to monitor compliance with fire safety requirements, Building Regulations, and approved designs • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and specialist consultants to resolve fire safety and compliance issues • Review drawings, specifications, ancillary certificates, and project documentation • Review technical submittals where required on Projects • Support the preparation and management of inspection plans and certification records • Review and collate quality documentation, and handover records, witness Testing and Commissioning of M&E systems to verify operation and cause and effect and fire safety strategies • Monitor construction quality and ensure fire stopping, compartmentation, and life safety systems are installed in accordance with specifications • Provide technical guidance relating to fire safety regulations, standards, and best practice • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while delivering high-quality consultancy services • Chair, participate and contribute in project meetings, with both internal and external stakeholders

• Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical building services activities across multiple projects • Manage the delivery of M&E packages from design through construction, commissioning, and handover • Maintain strong program control and monitor project progress against key milestones • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, contractors, and specialist consultants • Carry out site inspections and oversee installation quality, safety, and compliance standards • Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation • Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout project delivery • Identify and resolve technical, coordination, and program-related issues • Support procurement activities, contractor management, and commercial reporting where required • Contribute leadership, technical expertise, and mentoring support within the wider project team

• Support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and engineering reports • Coordinate with clients, contractors, public authorities, and multidisciplinary project teams • Assist with the design and delivery of drainage, water, wastewater, and site development infrastructure • Utilise CAD software and hydraulic modelling tools to support project design and analysis • Monitor project progress and support programme, quality, and budget control • Carry out site inspections and support construction stage activities where required • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant regulations, standards, and health & safety requirements • Assist with tender preparation, procurement activities, and contract administration • Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
