Role Description Promote and support retail food safety programs and policies; teach, coach, and consult to drive compliance and strengthen Food Safety Culture. • Executes quality and compliance processes across the organization and facilitates the tracking and reporting of quality and compliance activities • Responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on quality and compliance for selected clinical trial delivery processes to determine adherence and understanding of ICH GCP requirements and processes • Contributing member of an independent team focused on clinical trial delivery quality assessment for ongoing operations and processes within supported functional areas • Performs proactive as well as routine evaluation of clinical trial processes to determine adherence to process and procedural documentation through documentation review and active engagement with study team functional representatives • Helps develop and maintain KPIs, metrics and dashboards to track process quality and compliance • Provides near real-time feedback on study process and documentation quality as well as team performance and understanding on evaluated processes • Ensure compliance with own Learning Curricula, corporate and/or GXP requirements • Represent GCP Compliance in meetings as needed • Performs other duties as assigned

• Facilitate ELL meetings to monitor student growth • Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure inclusion and success of student in the general education classroom • Collaborate on all progress, semester and grade reports • Establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicate with students and learning coaches/parents • Work collaboratively with other teachers to ensure that ELL students are successfully progressing through the program

• Participate in Regulatory Review Committee Meetings, Healthcare Reform Meetings, Regulatory Oversight Meetings, CMS User Calls, and Government Programs Compliance Committee Meetings to monitor new regulations and provide necessary updates to these committees • Monitor national and state healthcare regulation requirements and update appropriate stakeholders of changes or new requirements • Take the lead on any new business issues and opportunities generated by Government and/or Commercial laws, rules, regulations or guidelines that impact Consumer Delivery • Ensure successful implementation and execution of regulatory compliance requirements including project leadership and governance; ensure appropriate requirements are in place for new Client and Group implementations • Establish and maintain engaged relationships with leadership of other functional areas within the corporation (can include Government Programs, Compliance, Healthcare Reform, Legal, Networks, Clinical Operations, Paper Claims, Member Materials, IT, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of required regulations • Recommend changes to policies and procedures based on regulatory changes • Liaison with Internal Audit and External Audit teams to represent departments in CMS, Client, mock, and vendor audits • Review audit feedback, initiate action items related to audit or compliance review findings, and recommend ideas for improvement and summarize action plans • Other duties as assigned
