• Work with Enterprise partners to determine feature set needs • Understand business needs, and gather and interpret functional and technical requirements • Understand technical details concerning how our software works and the problems they solve for our clients • Provide program management support for complex integration and custom development efforts • Write functional requirement documents for Product Owners who break down the requirements into user stories for SCRUM teams • Mentor and train Program Managers • Identify and engage all key stakeholders, contributors, business and technical resources required for projects and ensure contributors are motivated to complete tasks within the parameters of the project plan • Work with Development to communicate partner needs and strategize on how to incorporate the needs into the existing platform • Collaborate with business owners, financial planners and software engineers in the design and development of financial planning software • Work with Software Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure software implementations meet partner business requirements • Work with Software Engineering and Quality Assurance to configure and test enterprise-specific software installations • Support QA with direction, support and writing of test cases in the areas of auditing and testing • Serve as Technical Support liaison to Customer Service regarding issue tracking and problem resolution • Be the single point of contact between the Enterprise partner and internal team • Work with PMO to coordinate resources between engineering, QA and self for the duration of the project • Manage the project life cycle to ensure comprehensive, timely and high-quality outcomes for software project delivery • Serve as informal project manager and communicate with both internal and external partners with project status and weekly status reports • Serve as the point person and be on-call during the product release • Review contracts pertaining to software functionality and write statements of work for custom partner work • Remain current on technical and professional developments affecting areas of responsibility

We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Coordinator to join our Patient Support Programs at BioScript Solutions, where we put our patients first! - Coordinate and manage all aspects required in order to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients. - Act as the primary point of contact for physicians (within their geographic area) to enroll patients into a NavieGo managed program. - Establish and maintain a strong, trusting relationship with assigned clinics and physicians. - Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician's offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions public/federal funding programs. - Coordinate with dispensing pharmacy and injection training sites once funding has been obtained. - Acquire in-depth knowledge of public/private and federal funding mechanisms. - Assist physicians and/or their staff to complete all relevant Patient Support Program forms (enrollment, consent, prescription, etc.) and all relevant drug reimbursement forms. - Act as the main resource for NavieGo to request missing or additional information from respective physician offices, pharmacies, and/or other healthcare providers. - Respond promptly and professionally to physician enrollment requests. - Respond proactively and upon NavieGo’s request to facilitate paperwork required for patient reimbursement renewals. Qualifications - Bilingualism in English and French is an asset. - Ability to handle a high caseload in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer/client service experience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google apps, Word, Excel). - Professional/courteous/efficient telephone manner. - Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task to meet various competing work deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - High attention to detail. - Prior experience in a reimbursement role is a strong asset. - Experience in biologics will be considered an asset. - Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset. - Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in VA disability benefits adjudication and federal program analysis • Translate deep regulatory knowledge of VA disability rating criteria into structured business logic for AI model training and validation • Evaluate evidence sufficiency across VA disability claims • Support federal program delivery activities • Define and operationalize the regulatory and evidentiary definition of Ready for Decision (RFD) across targeted VA disability condition types • Produce a condition-by-condition RFD Criteria Reference Guide mapping evidentiary requirements to 38 CFR Parts 3 and 4 and M21-1 adjudication standards • Review and validate AI-generated determinations against the claim file or synthesized data; assess accuracy, reasoning quality, and correct identification of missing or incomplete development • Review AI-compiled medical records and generated assessments for completeness and validity against applicable rating criteria • Translate VA rating knowledge into structured business logic suitable for AI model training and workflow validation • Maintain a running Edge Case Log documenting claim scenarios where AI determinations are incorrect or incomplete, with specific regulatory citations • Provide ad hoc SME consultation on condition-specific standards, regulatory updates, and claims development pathways throughout program delivery.
