Role Description The AI Go-to-Market Senior Manager is a senior growth leader responsible for driving cutting-edge AI market development and revenue expansion within a designated mega account or regional portfolio in the DACH Region, aligned to enterprise AI strategy. This role combines executive engagement, opportunity shaping, and strategic positioning of next-generation AI solutions, while serving as a visible voice on AI innovation and transformation for clients and internal stakeholders. - Own and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for an assigned mega account or regional portfolio within the DACH Region. - Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships. - Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to vertical priorities. - Translate industry challenges into compelling AI business cases and value propositions. - Partner with Client Partners, Sales, and Industry Leaders to originate and close AI engagements. - Lead executive-level presales efforts and proposal positioning. - Drive AI pipeline growth and revenue performance. - Ensure responsible AI principles (security, governance, transparency, human oversight) are embedded in opportunity framing. - Operate effectively within a matrixed leadership structure. - Establish and develop AI Consulting including Solution Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers. Qualifications - 12 or more years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, and/or industry roles, including experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment, with progressive leadership responsibility. - At least 5 years of experience leading or co-leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives, including a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Generative AI solutions. - At least 5 years of professional experience within at least one industry vertical (Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing & Commercial, Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Public Sector). - At least 2 years of experience supporting or leading presales activities, such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, or executive level deal reviews. - Fluency in German and English, with experience leading cross-cultural teams across the DACH region and broader Europe. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in VA disability benefits adjudication and federal program analysis • Translate deep regulatory knowledge of VA disability rating criteria into structured business logic for AI model training and validation • Evaluate evidence sufficiency across VA disability claims • Support federal program delivery activities • Define and operationalize the regulatory and evidentiary definition of Ready for Decision (RFD) across targeted VA disability condition types • Produce a condition-by-condition RFD Criteria Reference Guide mapping evidentiary requirements to 38 CFR Parts 3 and 4 and M21-1 adjudication standards • Review and validate AI-generated determinations against the claim file or synthesized data; assess accuracy, reasoning quality, and correct identification of missing or incomplete development • Review AI-compiled medical records and generated assessments for completeness and validity against applicable rating criteria • Translate VA rating knowledge into structured business logic suitable for AI model training and workflow validation • Maintain a running Edge Case Log documenting claim scenarios where AI determinations are incorrect or incomplete, with specific regulatory citations • Provide ad hoc SME consultation on condition-specific standards, regulatory updates, and claims development pathways throughout program delivery.

• Provide oversight and management of a team of Contract Specialists supporting CDC's Office of Acquisition Services (OAS). • Lead pre-award acquisition activities including market research, solicitation development, evaluation support, and source selection documentation. • Oversee solicitation and evaluation of offerors or quotes across multiple contract vehicles including GSA eBuy, Beta.sam.gov, GWACs, and SBA 8(a). • Manage post-award activities including contract modifications, option exercise notices, de-obligations, and electronic procurement file management. • Ensure contract files are complete, accurate, and submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within required timeframes. • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and weekly status reports; conduct bi-weekly update meetings with the COR. • Maintain high standards of quality assurance, responsiveness, and compliance with FAR, HHSAR, and HHS/CDC local acquisition policies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government COR and Contracting Officer; respond to government concerns within required timeframes. • Ensure all contractor personnel complete required onboarding, security, records management, and ICE system training. • Manage corrective action plans and timely identification and resolution of issues affecting contract performance. • Complete procurement data reports in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS).
