• Own day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns • Manage budgets, pacing spend efficiently against performance goals • Conduct ongoing analysis to identify growth opportunities • Develop testing roadmaps (creative, bidding strategies, audience expansion, landing pages) • Create clear performance narratives and insights for internal stakeholders and clients • Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices, translating changes into actionable strategy
Job Requirements
- 2-4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action
- Proven ability to optimize toward business outcomes, not just platform metrics
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without sacrificing quality
- Nice to Have: Experience in financial services, B2B, CPG, or high-consideration purchases
- Nice to Have: Exposure to Microsoft Ads, Meta, Reddit, Tiktok or programmatic platforms
- Nice to Have: Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad copy, video, and landing page strategy
