• Leads NetSuite-side design and delivery for new 3PL and carrier onboarding, hitting go-live commitments without disrupting fulfillment SLAs. • Drives the Supply Chain data maturity initiative, raising NetSuite and Supply Chain system master data quality to support trusted, single-source-of-truth reporting. • Owns the integration of a new supply chain visibility platform, giving stakeholders real-time shipment and inventory visibility. • Designs and implements the integration for a new global reverse logistics partner, enabling scalable international returns processing. • Serves as the primary point of contact and NetSuite subject matter expert for Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders, translating business requirements into system designs that scale. • Partners with Integration & Automation Engineering to reduce point-to-point integration debt in favor of reusable, API-based services across the supply chain systems estate.

• Design, build, and own automation across core IT systems to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and scale with the organization. • Develop API-driven integrations and event-based workflows across platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and other critical SaaS tools. • Build and scale identity lifecycle automation covering joiner, mover, and leaver workflows with a strong focus on security and operational efficiency. • Contribute to root cause resolution for recurring technical issues, eliminating failure points through system design and automation rather than repeated manual intervention. • Strengthen the technical quality of IT systems through rigorous code review, thorough documentation, and repeatable automation patterns. • Serve as the escalation point for complex cross system issues, debugging across integrations, environments, and SaaS platforms with minimal support. • Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to evaluate, design, and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions that meet clinical and operational requirements.

• Understand the business domain, processes, and requirements. • Understand business processes and objectives, and how they relate to systems and technology. • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for new features or products. • Work with external 3rd parties as needed to define API’s, interfaces, business rules and process for interaction with their solutions. • Work with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and testable, and that solutions meet business needs. • Help shape product vision and strategy by providing input on market trends, competitive landscape, customer feedback, and user research. • Support the technology product owner in maintaining the product backlog, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. • Create prototypes and mockups to help visualize proposed solutions. • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design concepts. • Write detailed documentation to support the development and launch of new features. • Monitor key metrics after launch to identify areas for improvement. • Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis when issues arise. • Keep up to date with latest industry trends and share knowledge with team members. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve process and tools. • Perform cost-benefit analysis to justify proposed system changes.

• Identify, scope, and solve complex business problems by building software solutions from scratch • Transform vague requirements and business pain points into concrete technical implementations • Take full ownership of projects from conception through deployment and testing • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and AI tools to solve unique challenges • Create prototypes rapidly to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback • Leverage Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI development tools to accelerate coding and improve quality • Master prompt engineering techniques to maximize AI tool effectiveness for code generation, debugging, and optimization • Integrate AI capabilities into applications where appropriate, including API integrations and custom AI workflows • Stay current with evolving AI development tools and incorporate best practices into daily workflows • Balance AI assistance with fundamental coding skills and architectural understanding • Build end-to-end solutions across the technology stack, with emphasis on Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365) • Design and implement APIs, databases, user interfaces, and system integrations • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that other developers can understand and extend • Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for production systems • Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle • Work effectively within Shape Up, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies as projects require
