• Own Cadence's external narrative, positioning, and brand presence across the healthcare market, setting the strategic direction in partnership with the Head of Communications and driving execution across channels and audiences. • Proactively identify and build relationships with health system partners, clinical leaders, and internal stakeholders to surface compelling stories, outcomes, and insights that reinforce Cadence's differentiation. • Lead the translation of clinical outcomes, operational data, AI-enabled care model results, partner success, and industry trends into high-impact narratives, reports, thought leadership, and market-facing storytelling initiatives. • Determine key milestones and own delivery of strategic communications materials including executive messaging, presentations, reports, partner stories, award submissions, speaking narratives, and long-form thought leadership content. • Lead cross-functional workstreams with Marketing, Design, Product, Clinical, and Leadership teams in order to set direction, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure campaigns and messaging consistently reinforce Cadence's positioning and voice. • Define and drive Cadence's content strategy, anticipating how narrative needs will evolve as the business scales and proactively building the systems and infrastructure to meet them; leverage generative AI tools to drive communications output at scale while maintaining editorial quality and brand standards. • Lead executive thought leadership and market visibility efforts, owning the strategy behind messaging development, speaking opportunities, media relationships, and communications planning.

• Own a portfolio of health system partnerships end-to-end, holding accountability for growth targets, partner satisfaction, and delivery against contracted expectations. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across CMO, CFO, and operational leadership within partner health systems, navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Drive expansion within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to extend Cadence's footprint - new service lines, additional patient populations, and deeper clinical integration. • Serve as the primary internal advocate for your partners, translating health system needs into clear priorities for product, clinical operations, and implementation teams. • Define and track the metrics that matter to your partners - cost of care reduction, quality outcomes, patient engagement - and use them to anchor renewal and growth conversations. • Build repeatable processes for account planning, executive business reviews, and partner escalation that enable Cadence to scale efficiently across a growing health system portfolio. • Represent Cadence at industry events, partner sites, and executive forums, bringing clinical and financial proof points to rooms where decisions about chronic care infrastructure are being made.

• Own the analytical strategy for Cadence's digital primary care program end-to-end by defining what outcomes and KPIs matter, diagnosing ambiguous operational and clinical problems, and serving as the primary thought partner to clinical and operational leadership; exploring patient vitals, EHR data, and clinician-generated data to surface insights that close care gaps, drive better outcomes, and inform program strategy. • Define and communicate outcome frameworks for AI-powered primary care, translating clinical and operational performance into clear, credible narratives for external partners including health systems and payers, and serving as the analytical voice in those conversations. • Design and build core data models in dbt from the ground up, establishing canonical metric definitions, data collection standards, and the structural foundation that the broader team relies on; maintain the modern data stack (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt) to keep infrastructure accurate, well-documented, and built to scale. • Deliver advanced analytics across the full stack from pipeline construction and data engineering to predictive modeling, staffing and capacity forecasting, and revenue modeling in partnership with operations and executive leadership. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor growth, engagement, clinical outcomes, and Cadence's demonstrated value to patients and health system partners with metrics that are trustworthy and tied to decisions. • Embed AI meaningfully into the analytics function by identifying high-value use cases, building reusable workflows and automation, and leading adoption of LLM-assisted tools that reduce manual overhead and expand what the team can produce.

• Design, build, and deploy clinical AI agents that reason over patient context, invoke tools, and generate care recommendations. • Own reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of LLM-powered workflows at scale. • Build and optimize RAG pipelines over clinical knowledge bases, treatment protocols, and real-time patient data. • Develop evaluation frameworks: offline benchmarks, safety tests, regression suites, and LLM-as-judge pipelines wired into CI/CD. • Design multi-step agent orchestration: planning, memory, tool use, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths. • Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to translate patient care needs into AI system design. • Stay at the forefront of AI and engineering best practices, continuously pushing the team to raise the bar on quality, performance, and architecture.

• Own patient retention, adherence, and engagement outcomes across Cadence's remote care programs. • Diagnose the drivers of disengagement across the patient lifecycle, from enrollment and activation through ongoing chronic disease management, and translate that diagnosis into a prioritized roadmap of interventions. • Build and scale engagement systems and cross-functional workflows, partnering with Product, Data, and Engineering to move zero-to-one pilots into repeatable, automated operating models. • Design and run structured experiments across outreach channels, segmentation, and engagement triggers, defining hypotheses, holdouts, and success metrics that distinguish real signal from noise. • Prioritize engagement investments using financial and clinical framing, stratifying patients by clinical measure and disengagement risk to focus effort where it moves retention and cost of care most. • Strengthen the engagement stack through automation and AI-supported prioritization and personalization, designing workflows that route the highest-risk patients efficiently and preserve human touch where it matters. • Define performance governance for engagement programs, including metrics, reporting cadences, and post-launch measurement, and drive continuous improvement against retention and adherence targets.

• Own Cadence's QMS strategy and regulatory operating model for AI-enabled healthcare software, SaMD, clinical decision support, and technology-enabled care workflows. • Lead quality system governance across design controls, risk management, CAPA, change control, document control, training, supplier quality, validation / computer software assurance, audit readiness, complaint handling, and post-market quality monitoring. • Serve as process owner for policy governance and patient incident / incident / feedback intake, triage, escalation, documentation, and closure, in close alignment with Compliance leadership. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory stakeholders to assess intended use, device classification, regulatory pathway, clinical risk, cybersecurity impact, and QMS requirements for new and evolving software capabilities. • Establish practical, risk-based processes for software design controls, requirement traceability, verification and validation, usability / human factors, release readiness, anomaly management, AI/ML lifecycle governance, production monitoring, and post-deployment surveillance. • Support regulatory strategy and submissions for AI-enabled device software functions, including 510(k), De Novo, pre-submission interactions, technical documentation, software documentation, cybersecurity documentation, and Predetermined Change Control Plans where applicable. • Lead QMS effectiveness, management review readiness, inspection readiness, quality metrics, audit responses, regulatory commitments, CAPA trends, complaint trends, and continuous improvement activities.

• Own the reliability, scalability, and operational health of Cadence's GTM and patient outreach platforms, including Salesforce, Iterable, Twilio, and related systems. • Design, build, and operate cross-system automations, integrations, and workflows using APIs, webhooks, SQL, Git-based version control, deployment management, and observability tooling. • Improve system reliability by implementing monitoring, alerting, root-cause analysis, and preventative controls that reduce workflow failures and operational risk across patient acquisition and engagement pipelines. • Translate business requirements from Growth, Marketing, Operations, Product, Data, IT, and Security into scalable technical solutions, guiding architecture decisions from discovery through long-term support. • Own complex technical and operational initiatives end-to-end - from problem definition and implementation through launch, ongoing support, and continuous improvement. • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery velocity, system documentation, and operational efficiency across the platform.
