• Own RFP/Proposal pricing, scope of services, service level agreements, and operational assignments • Own sales presentation discussion/support for the system demo • Responsible for system demo preparation • Provide content and support for all presentation materials • Own preparation and performance of operations team members participating in sales activities • Own the Statement of Work through the contracting process • Influence operations team staffing based on client scope and design requirements • Provide oversight through implementation to ensure alignment of scope to delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 5+ years in the benefits administration outsourcing industry
- Experience in sales organization
- Experience using conferencing technology such as Zoom or WebEx
- Experience with CRM tools Salesforce
- Familiarity with health benefits administration products
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent cognitive reasoning, analytical, planning and process development skills
- Working experience with project management
- Ability to demonstrate versatile decision making in a fast paced environment
- Relational skill in working as part of a team.
