• Engage early in strategic enterprise opportunities to establish technical direction, align on customer outcomes and position Keeper’s identity security platform effectively • Lead discovery sessions that uncover privileged access challenges, architectural constraints, business drivers and technical requirements across complex customer environments • Design and articulate reference architectures that map Keeper’s platform capabilities to hybrid cloud, on-premises and SaaS environments • Support and guide proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements for high-priority enterprise opportunities • Deliver executive presentations, technical briefings and architecture discussions tailored to CISOs, CIOs, security architects, infrastructure teams and other stakeholders • Partner with field Sales Engineers to strengthen technical strategy, improve execution and elevate engagement quality across a portfolio of enterprise accounts • Collaborate with Product Management to share market intelligence, competitive insight and customer requirements that inform product direction • Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize strategic opportunities and align solution architecture resources to the highest-impact engagements • Represent Keeper at executive briefings, marquee customer engagements, webinars, conferences and other market-facing events • Maintain strong awareness of the privileged access management and broader identity security landscape, including legacy platforms, emerging competitors and adjacent identity technologies • Travel required based on customer and business needs

• Contributes to complex engagements and works directly with clients and project teams to develop basis of design, budgets, timelines, and manage expectations. • Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. • Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the base building tasks performed by others. • Monitor development of projects, Bills of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation. • Develop detailed design documentation strategy based on established engineering standard practices. • Research, identify, and recommend technology options for clients and projects. • Monitor project testing, commissioning, and configuration activities during project deployment. • Maintain expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, seminars, and educational forums.

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, services, and enterprise integrations with hands-on coding responsibilities • Build scalable, reliable, and reusable integration solutions across systems and platforms • Define and implement modern integration architectures, including: • API-first design • Event-driven architectures • Reusable service and integration patterns • Create reusable integration assets and frameworks that reduce duplication and accelerate future delivery • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver solutions quickly and effectively • Serve as the technical lead for offshore development resources • Translate architectural designs and technical requirements into executable development work • Provide implementation guidance through patterns, reference architectures, and working examples • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards, security requirements, and best practices • Drive consistency, quality, and maintainability across integration solutions • Leverage AI as a core component of software development, design, testing, and delivery • Utilize AI tools to: • Generate code, test cases, and technical documentation • Rapidly prototype integration patterns and solution designs • Automate repetitive development, testing, and integration activities • Accelerate debugging, root cause analysis, and system understanding • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI capabilities to improve engineering productivity and solution quality • Enable offshore developers through AI-assisted development workflows • Introduce tools, prompts, templates, and engineering patterns that increase team throughput • Establish AI-enabled practices that reduce delivery cycle times and improve consistency • Share knowledge and coach team members on effective AI usage for software development and integration delivery • Identify opportunities to streamline integration development processes and reduce operational overhead • Champion automation, reuse, and standardization across integration initiatives • Measure and optimize engineering effectiveness through data-driven improvements • Stay current with industry trends in integration architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, and AI-assisted software engineering

• Lead alliance strategy across cloud providers, silicon vendors, MLOps platforms, enterprise Linux/container platforms, and vector database providers. • Build structured business plans with shared objectives, integration milestones, and multi-year roadmaps. • Cultivate relationships from C-suite sponsors to technical architects to maintain long-term strategic alignment. • Continuously identify new integration opportunities and negotiate partnership frameworks in collaboration with Legal and BizDev. • Define architectures spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, fine-tuning, and inference serving. • Drive certified workstreams across priority areas: Enterprise Linux & Containers, Orchestration, Vector Databases. • Coordinate cross-organizational technical resources to produce reference architectures, validated blueprints and technical PoCs. • Stay current on inference optimization and retrieval architectures to ensure partner APIs/SDKs are prioritized in the internal product roadmap. • Develop technical battlecards, solution briefs, and demo environments to equip partner and internal sales teams. • Design and deliver enablement programs for solution engineers to ensure they can confidently deploy joint AI solutions. • Feed market intelligence and integration feedback back into internal product strategy. • Represent the company at conferences and summits; author whitepapers and technical blogs on integrated AI infrastructure.
