• Lead field startup/commissioning activities including the development of commissioning plans and providing onsite support to ensure all Edged Infrastructure products and systems are commissioned according to compliance, safety, and customer requirements. • Provide support to the product development, engineering, and factory testing teams to ensure all Edged Infrastructure products are tested according to compliance, safety, and customer requirements. • Provide remote or onsite expert level technical support to the Operations Field Service Technicians on all Edged Infrastructure products and systems. • Lead technical support training activities including the development of product and safety training aids and curriculum to ensure the Operations Field Service Technicians are certified to startup, commission, repair, and maintain all Edged Infrastructure products and systems. • Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action initiatives. • Support service process enhancements, workflow optimization, and new service tools. • Support development of product job aids, work instructions, and technical bulletins. • Travel requirement up to 85% of the time.

• Partner with Service and Engineering leadership to identify knowledge or skill gaps across various departments. • Partner with HR teams to align L&D initiatives with the company’s strategic business objectives. • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, field qualification programs, and technical development initiatives. • Curate and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is up-to-date and accessible. • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs (e.g., completion rates, employee performance improvements, retention rates).

• Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop an operations team capable of scaling with future mission-critical infrastructure projects; foster a safety-first and results-driven culture. • Program Development: Establish and refine standardized corporate processes for project execution, ensuring scalability and operational excellence across the portfolio. • Organizational Support: Work cross-functionally with our Endeavour groups to support processes around project financial management, document control, client management, and other needs. • Project Management: Provide executive oversight for the daily execution of key projects, ensuring all milestones are met with precision. • Technical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, project management, and construction practices to oversee complex infrastructure build-outs and resource allocation. • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary executive liaison between internal leadership and external site stakeholders to ensure operational alignment. • Compliance and Safety: Enforce rigorous safety standards and corporate compliance across all operational activities to meet and exceed industry regulations.

• Support the structuring and negotiation of power and energy joint ventures, partnerships, and co-investment arrangements, including multi-tiered PowerCo / project company structures, LLC agreements, term sheets, etc. • Support negotiation of PPAs, energy services agreements, and microgrid / behind-the-meter energy infrastructure agreements with data center operators and other large-load customers. • Support negotiation of equipment supply agreements (generators, turbines, fuel cells, BESS, etc.) and O&M agreements, including warranties, performance guarantees, SLAs, governance, exits, etc. • Support negotiation of natural gas supply and transport agreements, pipeline construction agreements, utility interconnection agreements, and related energy infrastructure contracts. • Support project finance transactions, working with lenders and financial advisors on commitment letters, loan documentation, guaranty agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements. • Support EPC / GMP construction contracting for power generation and microgrid facilities, including back-to-back flow-down of customer obligations to contractors. • Direct and manage outside counsel, conveying deal strategy, assigning workstreams, reviewing work product, and ensuring the business perspective is reflected in all documentation; manage legal budgets and timelines. • Advise on intellectual property matters related to transactions, ensuring the company’s proprietary technology is appropriately protected through ownership provisions, licensing structures, and collateral carve-outs. • Conduct commercial and legal due diligence on potential partners, co-venturers, lenders, and counterparties; provide strategic advisory on credit risk, structural risk, and deal alignment. • Support deal execution end-to-end, from term sheet through close, balancing legal rigor with commercial objectives.

• Drive the design process during early phases of data center development • Manage the design strategy from site selection through design completion • Ensure engineering and design decisions support overall project objectives, delivery schedules, and long-term operational performance • Collaborate closely with internal development teams and external design consultants • Coordinate technical disciplines and manage design in alignment with the project’s Basis of Design • Ensure design progresses in line with key development milestones • Provide technical guidance during the development phase • Review engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and company standards • Support technical decision-making related to system layouts and infrastructure strategies • Align design progression with project milestones such as concept design, permit design, and construction readiness • Manage relationships with external engineering and design consultants

• Support the development and maintenance of Owner‑level baseline and execution schedules, integrating inputs from GC and trade partner schedules. • Review GC and subcontractor schedules for logic, sequencing, milestone compliance, and alignment with Owner contractual requirements. • Track and report schedule performance, key milestones, critical path items, and schedule variances across assigned projects. • Assist in identifying schedule risks, constraints, and potential delays, escalating concerns to senior Project Controls and Project Management staff. • Maintain look‑ahead schedules and schedule summaries for Owner reporting and executive review. • Support the evaluation of schedule impacts associated with scope changes, design revisions, and field conditions. • Assist with time impact analysis (TIA) reviews using GC‑submitted updates and narratives. • Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and milestone status summaries for internal and external stakeholders. • Assist with maintaining Owner cost and cash flow trackers aligned with approved schedules. • Support basic earned value and progress measurement activities, focusing on schedule performance indicators. • Help track and communicate cost and schedule impacts of change events and project prolongation. • Assist senior team members with variance analysis, focusing on schedule‑driven cost exposure. • Support maintenance of project risk logs, with emphasis on schedule‑related risks and mitigations. • Help ensure consistency between GC schedule submissions, Owner schedules, and program‑level reporting tools. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and external partners to collect, validate, and document schedule updates. • Assist in maintaining document control standards for planning and scheduling documentation. • Support project close‑out activities, including final schedule updates and record documentation.

• Support strategic engagement with power utilities across the North American portfolio, including both developing new relationships as well as maintaining existing relationships. • Support power due diligence for prospective sites, including negotiation and execution of utility service agreements and infrastructure construction agreements. • Coordinate with onsite generation and other solution providers to enable seamless power delivery at Edged sites. • Support a variety of energy reporting needs that are utilized by internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with the Investment team, Legal, Operations, and Design and Construction teams to help foster a cohesive energy acquisition management program. • Support Edged’s needs for behind the meter power solutions, including natural gas supply and electricity generation technology vetting (both existing and new). Provide technical support to internal stakeholders to further understanding. • Support Edged’s demand response program development. • Stay up to date on energy industry technologies and innovations to support Edged’s energy strategy development and advancement. • Stay up to date on relevant energy regulations as appropriate for Edged’s current and future energy strategy execution. • Document and record successful processes and policies.

• Serve as the central point of coordination for data center operations programs across all sites • Develop strategies to improve productivity, measuring performance and operational procedures • Partner with Facilities, IT, and Physical Security teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and execution of operational priorities • Lead standardization of processes, tools, and reporting across the portfolio • Provide direction, strategy and leadership to the Central Operations team • Establish and govern standards for escalation, crisis management, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and operational frameworks • Support enterprise strategy for performance monitoring across all data centers, aligning KPIs and organizational objectives utilizing Power BI to drive efficiency, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
