Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8 or more years of progressive technical experience in enterprise architecture, application development, or engineering roles
- 5 or more years of management experience, including direct team leadership and mentoring responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems
- Deep understanding of solution architecture, technology modernization, cloud migration, and architecture governance frameworks
- Proven executive presence with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated success working across technology domains to deliver compliant, scalable solutions
