Commercial Growth Enablement – Pursuit Support Manager

Huron

• Lead complex, high‑value RFIs, RFPs and oral presentations across Europe, working closely with Huron’s sales teams, subject‑matter experts and leadership. • Facilitate the development of pursuit strategy, including win themes, value‑proposition articulation and storyboard creation. • Guide sales and subject‑matter experts through structured pursuit processes to improve clarity, differentiation and overall response quality. • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to sales teams, providing clear guidance on how to position Huron effectively for each opportunity. • Own the execution of pursuit deliverables while maintaining a strategic view of structure, messaging and differentiation. • Draft and refine proposal sections outside of the approach, and support sales in structuring the approach content, including using AI‑generated drafts for review and refinement. • Ensure proposals are clear, compelling, compliant and aligned with the win strategy. • Coordinate contributions across participants and teams to advance pursuits on schedule and to the expected quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English, French and German required.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting commercial pursuits, including RFIs, RFPs and oral presentations, preferably within a consulting firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong experience managing complex, high‑value pursuits end‑to‑end.
  • Proven ability to think strategically about pursuit positioning while remaining engaged in execution.
  • Comfortable facilitating discussions on win strategy and guiding senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools in proposal or pursuit development, with a willingness to explore new ways of working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.

The Senior Staff Endpoint Engineer defines standards, leads global engineering initiatives, and acts as the highest-level escalation point for endpoint systems.
