Senior Program Manager

• Lead cross-functional programs across product management, engineering, and supporting teams • Drive end-to-end customer POC program management within the ensuring alignment with product management, engineering, support, and account teams • Build and manage integrated schedules, working backwards from product launch and delivery targets • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments, dependencies, and deliverables are met • Identify risks, technical dependencies, and resource constraints early and drive mitigation plans • Ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and tradeoffs across product and engineering leadership • Provide clear, concise program status through dashboards and executive-level summaries • Continuously improve program management processes, tooling, and operational rigor
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or equivalent leadership roles
- Proven experience partnering with product management and engineering teams on complex product development initiatives
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices, development lifecycles, and system delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Expertise in schedule management, risk management, and driving execution discipline
- Experience with program and project tracking tools such as Jira and similar platforms
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
