Role Description Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with .NET and C# for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Colombia, CR, Mexico. Our client is a prominent GovTech company offering a cloud-based ERP solution. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of C# / .NET on the server. - Recent experience in front-end development with Angular and TypeScript (with Blazor as a plus), including state management and the browser platform. - Comfortable building for and operating on Azure; understanding how your code actually runs in production. - A finisher's mindset, caring about the last 10%, edge cases, error states, and the experience when things go wrong. - Self-starter, able to find the next most valuable thing to do without being told. - Independent critical thinking, questioning assumptions and defending technical decisions with reasoning and trade-offs. - Bringing options to the table, finding simple designs within complicated requirements. Requirements - Experience with Blazor, .NET Aspire, or Clean Architecture/vertical-slice designs. - Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, government/public-sector software, or ERP/financial systems background. - Understanding of Azure Service Bus, Redis, and Application Insights/structured logging. - Understanding of building with generative AI, integrating LLMs, RAG, or AI agents into product features. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD, building and owning CI/CD pipelines and release management in Azure DevOps. - Experience with GitHub (including GitHub Actions) and Jira. Responsibilities - Design and ship complete features across the stack, Angular UI, .NET API, domain logic, and persistence, in a multi-tenant platform. - Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences in the Angular 19 app (NgRx, Signals) backed by clean, well-tested .NET 10 APIs built on FastEndpoints. - Provide data modeling and integrate with EF Core and Azure SQL, integrating identity and authorization through Auth0 and Azure API Management. - Make design calls at the feature level, document trade-offs, and defend them in review. - Raise the bar on quality, tests, observability, and performance for the code you write and review.
