Job Description
Senior Software Engineer, Lifted
CentralReach
• Design, develop, and ship high-quality features across the stack: C#/.NET and SQL Server on the back end, React and TypeScript/JavaScript on the front end. • Lead technical design for significant features and third-party integrations — evaluating trade-offs, writing design docs, and driving decisions to consensus. • Own what you ship: testing, code review, observability, performance, and production support for the systems you build. • Mentor and support other engineers through code review, pairing, and design feedback, raising the team's overall engineering bar. • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to scope work, manage risk, and deliver on schedule. • Champion secure engineering practices appropriate to a platform that handles sensitive patient and clinical data. • Contribute to continuous improvement of our architecture, tooling, and development processes.

- Solid grounding in API design (REST and/or GraphQL) and relational data modeling; experience with NoSQL stores such as MongoDB is a plus.
- A track record of leading technical design and mentoring other engineers.
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
