• Design and ship features across the stack (frontend + backend) to deliver high-impact functionality quickly. • Build integrations and workflows, developing APIs, data flows, and partner integrations that extend our client's ecosystem. • Balance scrappy with scalable, leveraging no or low-code solutions where they accelerate delivery and investing in solid architecture where it matters most. • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem-solving. • Help improve engineering processes and documentation as the team and product evolve. • Prepare for growth by ensuring systems and processes meet investor diligence standards as the company approaches Series A.

• Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements • Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project • Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve desired color results for various projects • Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and/or color accuracy • Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment • Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software

• Own the daily execution of key transactional workflows • Manage collections and processing high-volume refunds • Bookkeeping journal entries • Support valued sellers and customers • Provide updates on sales proceeds and payout schedules

• Own configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of our AI-powered application platform • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to shape the framework and standards that govern how AI-assisted applications are built, reviewed, and deployed. • Design and build tooling that enables teams to develop and iterate on applications with greater independence and less engineering overhead • Evaluate AI-generated code for security, scalability, and production readiness, and define code review standards specific to AI-assisted development workflows • Serve as a technical advisor to non-technical stakeholders — helping them understand what is possible, where risk lives, and when engineering involvement is required • Establish and promote best practices for AI-assisted development across the engineering organization • Partner with the AI Solutions team and engineering leadership to define the long-term architecture of this platform as it scales

• Perform daily QA testing of CRM and marketing campaigns across all devices and platforms • Validate campaign flows, automations, triggers, and customer journeys • Test emails, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, and CRM communications for functionality and accuracy • Conduct ongoing quality checks throughout the World Cup campaign period • Identify bugs, formatting issues, broken links, rendering inconsistencies, and flow errors • Document findings clearly and provide detailed notes for required revisions and edits • Verify campaigns render correctly across desktop, mobile, tablet, and multiple browsers/devices • Ensure campaigns meet brand, functional, and user experience standards • Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and production teams to communicate issues and confirm fixes • Retest corrected campaigns and validate final approvals before launch • Maintain organized QA tracking and testing documentation

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable application features aligned to ticket specifications and business requirements. • Contribute to Portal 2’s API-driven architecture using modern development patterns and cloud-native technologies. • Build maintainable backend services and frontend experiences that prioritize performance, reliability, and usability. • Participate in code reviews and help shape engineering standards for quality, scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform health. • Actively leverage AI-native development workflows and emerging engineering tools to improve software quality, development velocity, testing coverage, documentation, and operational efficiency.

• Help bring their brand to life across every sales and marketing touchpoint • Sit on the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Growth • Collaborate closely with their Product Designer • Take a well-cultivated aesthetic and replicate it faithfully, extending it thoughtfully and executing it quickly across a wide range of materials • Work on sales and customer success materials, social media templates, email layouts, brand collateral, and event materials
