Responsibilities Lead the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript. Build and optimize high-performance backend services using C# .NET and Node.js. Manage infrastructure using Terraform across many AWS PaaS. Architect complex database schemas and optimize queries in MSSQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and project roadmaps. Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Fluent in React, TypeScript, and Material UI for modern frontend development. - Strong proficiency in C# .NET backend services. - Hands-on experience with MSSQL, including design and performance tuning. - Proven experience with AWS services (or comparable cloud services provider). - Competency with IaC using Terraform. - Strong understanding of modern software architecture and RESTful API design. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. - Proficiency with generative AI tools and coding agents Preferred Qualifications - Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Familiarity with serverless computing patterns. - Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and e2e test frameworks. - Experience with CI/CD tooling and scripting CentralReach was developed for Clinicians by Clinicians. • Design, implement, and continuously improve detection rules across SIEM, EDR, and cloud security platforms • Develop automated response playbooks to reduce mean time to detect (MTTD) and respond (MTTR) • Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate log analysis and threat triage • Summarize and enrich security alerts and incident data • Generate detection logic (e.g., Sigma rules, queries, scripts) • Assist in root cause analysis and investigation workflows • Integrate GenAI into SOC workflows via APIs and internal tooling • Enhance detection pipelines using AI-assisted enrichment and correlation • Analyze logs across endpoints, cloud environments, SaaS platforms, and networks
• Serve as a lead for AI application development within the Product Organization, setting standards for code quality, architecture, and delivery • Lead by doing design and implement core application components, critical services, and integration layers • Establish quality thresholds and release criteria (accuracy, latency, reliability, cost, and user trust) • Design safeguards and “safe failure modes”: fallback behaviors, confidence thresholds, user controls, content filtering, and transparency patterns • Build product capabilities end-to-end (service + workflow integration + instrumentation), including expertise in LLM-enabled workflows, RAG, Next.js, summarization, classification, and automation patterns • Build and maintain shared libraries/components for application development (prompt/tooling patterns, service templates, evaluation utilities, safety layers) • Own technical readiness for production: reliability, observability, performance tuning, and incident response preparedness • Collaborate with platform Engineering and DevOps to ensure CI/CD and environment consistency, scaling strategies, cost controls for inference and secrets management and secure data handling • Partner tightly with product builders and workflow owners to translate validated prototypes into production implementations • Collaborate with core engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into CentralReach’s main platforms • Stay current with application engineering practices and help translate emerging techniques into safe, valuable product capabilities
• Manage and grow a multi-functional team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. • Oversee technical design efforts on enterprise software applications, leveraging SOLID design principles on full-stack development teams using C#/.NET backend, React.js frontend, and SQL Server. • Drive our AWS infrastructure strategy, leveraging cloud-native services and containerization for high availability and performance. • Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI). • Partner with Product and Design to define milestones and execute iterate towards long-term product initiatives.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks for clinical AI products, including defining acceptance criteria, test plans, clinically relevant rubrics, and performance benchmarks. • Conduct structured sampling reviews of AI-generated outputs, assessing across criteria alignment with ABA principles and BACB ethical standards. • Design and implement monitoring automation in collaboration with engineering, including automated quality checks, alerting thresholds, and drift detection for AI systems. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reusable governance artifacts including system cards, monitoring playbooks, evaluation of SOP templates, and risk assessment documentation. • Assist with pre-deployment validation testing for new AI products and features, executing defined testing and results of documentation. • Participate in risk tiering assessments for new and evolving AI products, providing clinical and evaluative perspectives. • Support incident investigation for AI-related issues if/as needed and in alignment with clinical best practice and CR Development Policy. • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide input during product planning and development, ensuring governance considerations are integrated early. • Contribute to the development of evaluation methodology and standards for clinical AI use cases, documenting approaches and refining processes based on findings and emerging best practices. • Contribute to AI literacy and training content for internal teams and customers, drawing on hands-on clinical evaluation experience. • Stay current with developments in AI evaluation methodology, LLM behavior, ABA best practices, and relevant regulatory and ethical standards. • Support CentralReach's thought leadership in responsible AI through contributions to conference presentations, professional publications, or applied research as opportunities arise.
