Job Description

Business Development Associate

Tinuiti

• Pitch Project Management: Own the pitch calendar. You’ll set internal deadlines, schedule rehearsals, and ensure all stakeholders (legal, tech, creative) deliver their inputs on time. • Creative Coordination: Act as the bridge between the sales team and the design department. You’ll ensure decks are visually stunning, brand-compliant, and tailored to the specific prospect. • Pitch Theater & Logistics: Manage the "experience" of the sell. This includes setting up virtual environments, coordinating physical leave-behinds, managing tech demos, and ensuring the "theater" of the presentation is flawless. • Asset Management: Maintain a library of winning case studies, slide templates, and RFP responses so the team never has to "reinvent the wheel." • Administrative Support: Assist with CRM data entry, prospect research, and post-pitch follow-up coordination.

Job Requirements

  • A Master Coordinator: You live for a good checklist. You can manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
  • A "High-Stakes" Mindset: You understand that in a pitch, the small details (a broken link, a typo, a late start) can make or break a deal.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot). Bonus points if you have a "design eye."
  • Communicator: You aren't afraid to "manage up" to senior leaders to ensure they meet their deadlines.
  • Ambitious: You want to understand the sales process from the ground up and eventually grow into a strategic selling or operations role.

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO: At Tinuiti, we believe you deserve time to rest, recharge, and enjoy life unplugged. When you prioritize time for yourself, you're able to bring your best self to work. That’s why we offer unlimited paid time off, a fully remote environment, and flexibility to take the time you need, when you need it.
  • On top of that, we provide 20 paid holidays, including multiple long weekends, to ensure you have dedicated time to step away and disconnect.
  • We're proud to offer above-industry standard work-life balance, consistently rated as one of the most loved benefits by Tinuitians year after year.
  • Healthcare: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, Flex Spending Accounts
  • Retirement: Match up to 4% of your contributions at 100% with immediate vesting
  • Perks and Wellness: Fringe, Forma, Unlimited Telemedicine and Teletherapy available at no cost, Thankful giving
  • Equity
  • Parental Leave: Birthing parents receive 16 weeks of leave with 100% pay (partners 12 weeks) after the birth or adoption of a child.
  • Learning and Development: On-demand learning (powered by LinkedIn Learning), mentorship program, leadership and management development programs and resources
