• The Windows Systems Administrator within the Environment Management Group is responsible for identifying, analyzing, monitoring, supporting, architecting, and engineering solutions. • Areas of responsibility involve OS, middleware, applications, and databases for pre-production servers. • Strong coding skills around automation is a MUST. • Deploy, smoke test, and validate new code releases. • Backup and restore environments to previous version in case of rollback • Maintain and control access to test environments through concept of least privilege • Provide a weekly status report for current projects • Review and provide recommendations to improve environment performance • Manage tickets and tasks assigned to provide detailed information on all support provided, recommended solutions, and improvements that are implemented • Provide technical assistance to other Systems Administrators as needed • Understand and document how entire environment and its dependencies is integrated • Spec and build new environments as needed • Monitor and maintain standard documentation for policies, procedures and practices • Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to maintain multiple tasks • Apply effective communication and customer support to our QA and Dev teammates

• Administer and support Okta integrations (SSO, provisioning, workflows, device trust) across enterprise applications, partnering with the IAM/Okta lead as needed • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between IAM and adjacent systems — identity, endpoint, and security tooling (Vanta, Vectra, CrowdStrike, Netskope, CyberArk) — ensuring reliable data flow and access accuracy across platforms • Collaborate and strengthen Active Directory and Microsoft 365 identity infrastructure, including conditional access and identity governance • Own Okta device trust configuration and endpoint compliance policies • Serve as a senior systems resource across IT Operations, taking on broader systems administration responsibilities beyond IAM as priorities shift (e.g. infrastructure support, endpoint management, other platform administration) • Support audits and compliance efforts (e.g. SOC 2, FedRAMP) with IAM evidence and access control documentation • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity, access, and systems integration issues escalated from the IT Operations team • Document system configurations and integration architecture to support team knowledge continuity

• Serve as the CG Group Admin with full editing rights to templates, custom forms, layout templates, and system settings • Manage access levels (Contributor, Standard, etc.), layout templates (e.g., CG I Contributor), and schedules. • Configure and maintain groups (CG I Business Partners, product line teams), home teams, and company settings within the Enterprise Workfront instance • Manage job roles, billing rates, and cost rates to support resource planning and financial tracking • Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate repetitive work processes and reduce manual effort • Develop automations for common workflows, including: Automated project creation from approved intake requests, Multi-project creation for regional variants (e.g., NA, EU, APAC) from a single intake request, Automated task closure upon proof approval, Scheduled polling scenarios (e.g., identifying stale issues), Automated notifications and update posting to stakeholders • Continuously evaluate existing CG workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities • Create process flow diagrams, UMLs, and documentation to visualize workflows and support solution design • Drive standardization across naming conventions, project creation processes, and template usage to improve consistency and accuracy
