Job Description

Lead Solutions Architect

Cloud Software Group

• Research customer industry, information technology, and technical trends • Design and implement Citrix solutions tailored to client requirements • Engage with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend suitable Citrix architectures • Provide technical and go-to-market leadership within the organization • Collaborate with account teams to provide technical expertise during client engagements • Develop strategies to improve and optimize existing Citrix deployments • Ensure client solutions comply with external regulatory and security standards • Identify potential risks in implementations and design mitigation strategies to address these challenges • Work closely with the security and infrastructure teams to ensure that Citrix solutions are both secure and efficiently integrated within the larger IT environment • Scale lessons learned and leading practices through collaboration with enablement counterparts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of technical customer service experience in high-tech, indirect sales, and/or consulting with a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
  • Previous client-facing roles or consultative experience
  • Understanding of Citrix’s competitive domain and technologies
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing Citrix solutions
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications
  • Capable of understanding the business case and articulating the underlying technical solution
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Extensive experience in project management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and negotiation skills

Role Description This role involves contributing to the delivery of Heartbeat Health (HBH) Cybersecurity and IT functions, ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all corporate technology systems. - End-User Support and Technical Resolution - Own and manage the lifecycle of all end-user support requests within the ticketing system, including triage, prioritization, assignment, escalation, and timely resolution of technical issues in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and providing specialized support for all corporate applications, including SaaS platforms and collaboration suites. - Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Execute timely and accurate end-user provisioning and de-provisioning across all critical systems, ensuring compliance with security policies from onboarding through offboarding. - Conduct comprehensive quarterly access reviews (QARs) to validate that users maintain the appropriate level of access necessary for their roles, identifying and remediating any access discrepancies. - Device Configuration and Management - Oversee the entire lifecycle management of all corporate-owned devices, including procurement, standardized imaging, deployment, configuration, routine maintenance, inventory tracking, and secure decommissioning. - Technology Operations and Security - Act as the administrator for a diverse portfolio of third-party, cloud-based applications, including vendor management, license tracking, configuration changes, integration maintenance, and performance monitoring. - Develop, implement, and lead mandatory security awareness programs and training sessions for all HBH employees. - Be responsible for the meticulous creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of comprehensive documentation. - Business Systems and Solutions Development - Manage, optimize, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of HBH's core business systems and operational technology stack. - Partner with various business units to develop, implement, and support innovative technology solutions. - General Responsibilities - Execute any additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as assigned by the employee's direct supervisor. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or another STEM field is preferred; relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of degree. - Minimum of four years relevant professional experience. - Experience planning, building, operating and maintaining IT solutions. - Advanced proficiency with IT solutions and/or processes including user provisioning/de-provisioning, PC configuration and support, SaaS application configuration, and others. - Foundational proficiency with security solutions and/or processes including device management, audit support, access management, access reviews, patch management, multi-factor authentication, and others. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to switch context quickly. - Outstanding communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a broad base of customers, suppliers, clinicians, and other business professionals. - Specific platform knowledge is a plus, including Atlassian, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, macOS, Venn, Windows, Zoom, and others. - Healthcare industry knowledge, including HIPAA is a plus. - Experience participating in SOC2 or HITRUST assessments is a plus.
