• Manage and operate data center network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, resilience, and service continuity. • Perform connectivity tests and technical validations and support Unified Communications and Identity/Access Control solutions, including Cisco CallManager and Cisco ISE. • Implement and manage network security controls, including firewall rule configuration and incident support across Cisco, Fortinet, and Check Point environments. • Operate and monitor transport and backbone networks (IP/MPLS and DWDM), ensuring performance, stability, and redundancy. • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex network incidents, collaborating closely with internal teams and technology vendors, including Nokia and Cisco.

• Analyze existing platform and applications running on OpenShift / OKD, reviewing configurations, identifying platform-specific components, and mapping service dependencies. • Prepare the target environment on Kubernetes by configuring namespaces, RBAC permissions, networking, ingress, and storage. • Migrate workloads to Kubernetes, converting OpenShift resources (e.g., DeploymentConfigs, Routes) into Kubernetes equivalents and updating deployment manifests. • Adapt CI/CD pipelines and automation, replacing OpenShift-specific tooling and integrating with external CI/CD systems where required. • Validate and support the migration, testing application functionality and performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to adjust images, configurations, and pipelines.

• Administer and maintain the Azure/M365 tenant for four corporate entities, including configuration of policies, controls, and governance • Manage approximately 150 endpoints and identities, covering laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts • Oversee cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with security standards • Provide end-user support within the Modern Workplace environment • Maintain and update the physical inventory of roughly 120 computers, including warranty tracking and repair coordination.

• Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Implement plugins, workflows, and customizations on the platform. • Model and manage entities and data structures in Dynamics. • Develop and maintain ADX portals (Dynamics Portals). • Implement integrations with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP). • Work with SQL Server for data management and optimization. • Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). • Ensure proper management of multi-instance environments (DEV, STG, PROD). • Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices throughout the development lifecycle. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement Dynamics solutions.
