Software Engineer - Full Stack

Role Description - Drive technical innovation to support automation and efficiency, serving both Stripe users and internal teams; - Collaborate with user-facing teams to understand operational challenges and implement robust technical solutions; - Design and implement features to power Stripe's global 24/7 support operation. - Write high-quality, well-tested code with appropriate monitoring and observability; - Build support for initiatives by sharing compelling data, and measure outcomes to demonstrate successful execution; - Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions; - Partner with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences. Qualifications - Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of software development experience. - Must also have 3 years of experience in each of the following: - Building production software systems with well-tested code; - Front-end and back-end software development; - Designing, building, and maintaining functional applications including web-based agent tooling platforms, case management and routing systems; - Integrating and maintaining multiple systems and processes including cloud-based infrastructure platforms, database systems, API gateways, authentication systems, and CI/CD pipelines; - Developing software solutions that support internal operations or customer workflows; - Writing software in Ruby, React, or TypeScript; - Building and maintaining high-throughput API services; - Improving system performance and operational efficiency. Requirements - Salary: $161,637.00 - $213,800.00/yr. - This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions / sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary. - 40 hrs/week - 100% Telecommuting permitted. - Multiple Positions Available.
