Role Description SAIC is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Senior Full Stack .Net Developer to join our team and begin an exciting and challenging career. This position is 100% remote. - Serve as an active member of the software development team in an Agile environment. - Participate in regular meetings/ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Demos, Retrospectives, Risk meetings, etc. - Utilize full-stack development expertise in .Net web applications using C#, Unit testing, NUnit testing techniques, and deployment actions using CI/CD pipelines. - Design, build and/or fix bugs in a web-based application that utilizes cloud native services and architecture. - Architect metadata driven solutions to support customer requirements. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of application. - Provide development support, as needed, for solutions deployed to production. - Implement long-term solutions and building blocks within the agile framework for improved reusability. - Interface with the stakeholders for project requirements. - Apply and promote good software engineering practices such as test automation, modularization, and simplification. - Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues on various problems and solutions. - Document software designs, which may include design diagrams, data flow diagrams, software module descriptions, etc. - Use Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools to include Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and GIT. - Comfortable with Windows Operating systems and environments. Tech Alliance Partner Lead

• Own the lifecycle of partner integrations—from evaluation through launch and ongoing optimization. • Conduct technical assessments, demos, and validation of partner solutions. • Develop technical business cases and "better together" value propositions. • Partner with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver integrations aligned to customer and partner needs. • Drive continuous improvement through enhancements, new features, and roadmap alignment. • Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all alliance integrations. • Enable Sales and Solution Engineering (SE) teams on integration use cases, value, demo execution, and positioning. • Provide hands-on support for strategic deals requiring integration expertise, or transfer knowledge to SEs to support these motions. • Build scalable enablement assets (demo scripts, playbooks, solution briefs). • Work directly with internal and partner technical and product teams to define integration requirements, ensure successful build and deployment, and align on roadmap dependencies and future capabilities. • Enable partner SEs and technical teams to confidently demo and position joint solutions. • Serve as the primary technical liaison for alliance partners. • Develop joint solutions, bundled offerings, and compelling "better together" messaging. • Ensure visibility across partner channels, including partner websites, marketplaces, and solution offerings. • Support and execute joint marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, campaigns, and co-selling programs. • Partner with VARs, Services, and other partners to embed integrations into broader solutions and expand reach and pipeline generation. • Drive integration-led pipeline creation through joint selling motions, partner referrals, and co-sell opportunities. • Represent RegScale at partner and industry events. • Present the technical and business value of integrations to customers and partners. • Anticipate market direction and align RegScale and partner roadmaps ("skate to where the puck is").
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and extremely reliable code across the full stack. • Take responsibility for complex features and product areas from spec through delivery. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software. • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address them. • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and growth. • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust releases. • Participate in an on-call rotation with a detail-oriented approach.
