Solventum

• Supporting the sales team within a defined geographic territory to develop new accounts and expand product usage with existing customers. • Assisting with case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and closing outstanding purchase orders in a compliant manner. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across sites of care through education, demonstrations, and responsive support. • Providing accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Previous surgical or biologics experience (Nice to Have)
  • Field-based time and priority management (Nice to Have)
  • Clear, professional communication with clinicians and surgical staff (Nice to Have)
