As Logistics Control Tower Operator for Quince’s B2B team, you will be responsible for monitoring all B2B logistics in real time for Quince’s fast growing B2B business, supporting up to $50M in revenue. Your goal is to achieve 99% on-time delivery of shipments, which will require you to chase any issues or delays with a sense of urgency. You will work closely with Project Managers, and may be asked to perform additional duties to support them and the B2B team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping procedures and is willing to go above and beyond for customers, whatever it takes. This role reports to the Project Management Team Lead and will work with the Team Lead and Director of Operations on long and short term solutions to shipping issues.    Key Responsibilities - Real-time monitoring: actively track all B2B shipments and achieve 95% on time delivery.  - Issue resolution: proactively address issues such as carrier delays and customs clearance problems by working with relevant internal and external parties to find immediate and long term solutions. Effectively manage critical incidents and minimize their impact on deliveries.  - Stakeholder communication: maintain open communication with customers, carriers, warehouse operators, and internal teams.  - Urgency: you will be the main point of contact for all logistics related matters involving B2B orders with a strong sense of accountability for the KPIs and the customer experience.  - Shipping preparation & booking: create shipping labels and commercial invoices as needed to support project managers.   - Relentless improvement: identify and implement improvements in the shipping and tracking management process.  - Step in to support the team where needed. All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles. Role Description Shermco Protection and Control (P&C) division is seeking Automation & Controls Engineers (Levels I–IV) responsible for the design, configuration, commissioning, and testing of power system automation and protection controls. These roles support mission‑critical environments, primarily large‑scale data centers by applying automation engineering, protection concepts, programming, and strong problem‑solving skills to ensure accurate, reliable, and safe system operation.
