• Providing an industry leading secure custodial and technology service to enable intuitive experiences moving, storing, and interacting with digital assets, smart contracts, or traditional banking rails. • Responsible for the entire custody experience, including the management and transferring of cash, coins and NFTs, staking assets, interacting with onchain smart contracts, fiat transfers, and institutional platform solutions. • Building foundational technology to help the crypto industry evolve in a safe, regulated and highly secure manner.

• Own the full client lifecycle for protocols using Anchorage Digital's token vesting product — from the first demo through configuration, onboarding, bug fixes, support, account maintenance, and ongoing relationship management. • Manage ongoing operational needs — data changes, adding users, bug fixes, and other day-to-day requests — with rigor across a portfolio scaling toward ~25 companies / ~2,000 users. • Collaborate with the broader organization and engineering to own client requests, feature requests, and bug resolution. • Deliver status updates back to clients and coordinate with sales to identify and convert investor prospects. • Listen to clients through a high cadence of meetings (typically 10–20 in the first quarter of a new engagement), surfacing issues early and discovering new opportunities.

• Build products within billing and revenue management. • Support the growth of the organization. • Collaborate with the team on vision, strategy, and execution of Finance products.

• Ensure ADS complies with all laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant for a licensed Major Payment Institution (MPI) • Assist in ensuring that governance, reporting, and regulatory engagements are executed to the highest standard for ADS and affiliated financial institutions worldwide • Develop and implement AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls in line with MAS Notices • Prepare and present compliance reports to the Board of Directors and Risk Management Committee (RMC)

• As Trader of OTC Derivatives, you will leverage your expertise in trading derivatives across digital and traditional asset classes to help scale a best-in-class trading platform • Develop, execute, and manage trading strategies for digital asset derivatives • Drive P&L growth while maintaining disciplined risk management practices • Build and refine trading infrastructure, develop new models, and create durable processes to support the growth and success of our derivatives business • Coordinate closely with team members globally to deliver seamless market operations • Collaborate with engineering and quant teams to enhance trading infrastructure and improve execution quality and risk management systems • Provide market color and insights to internal stakeholders and help produce client-facing content

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class internal controls framework. • Serve as the company's foremost subject matter expert on Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR). • Building scalable, audit-ready processes that meet the rigorous demands of a rapidly growing international business, effectively bridging the gap between SEC/PCAOB standards, complex financial regulations, and cutting-edge blockchain technology.

• Lead our global automation strategy and support our most important strategic initiatives. • Own the finance transformation roadmap, translating complex financial needs into scalable, compliant, and audit-ready solutions. • Serve as the critical link between Accounting, Engineering, and Product.

• Act as the primary preparer for assigned stablecoin-related accounting and reporting activities, supporting management review and approval. • Prepare and record stablecoin customer flows, managing complex cash movements and critical issuance/redemption entries. • Perform detailed, high-volume reconciliations to ensure the total accuracy and completeness of stablecoin reporting. • Generate monthly stablecoin reserve reports for all assigned stablecoins issued by Anchorage Digital Bank. • Implement advanced accounting software to automate workflows and streamline the monthly closing process.

• Own the customer-facing product surface • Lead ambiguous, cross-functional product initiatives from vague customer need through scoped • Own the full product lifecycle — API design, backend behavior, error states, docs, and the customer conversation when something goes wrong • Define product specs independently, validate with team and customers, and drive to implementation without requiring PM handoff • Balance shipping velocity with the correctness and reliability required for financial systems handling real customer funds • Collaborate with customers directly to surface friction points and translate them into clearer APIs, better docs, or self-serve product surfaces

• Work closely with the Stablecoins commercial organization and support go-to-market execution across the stablecoins solutions business, including issuance, distribution, and strategic partnerships • Turn market signals into actionable GTM initiatives • Support live commercial conversations from first outreach through execution • High-ownership, high-learning role for someone early in their career wanting deep exposure to stablecoins market
