Senior Solutions Architect

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sr. Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their complex business requirements and design tailored solutions to achieve their payment outcomes. - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, building strong relationships and driving strategic technical discussions with executive and C-suite stakeholders. - Partner with customers to define requirements and architect scalable, resilient payment solutions that integrate seamlessly into their existing technical stacks and processes. - Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on oversight during implementation and deployment to ensure seamless go-lives for the most complex integrations. - Translate and communicate complex technical requirements to internal Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Lead design reviews for high-impact architecture, establish team best practices, and mentor junior Solutions Architects. - Gather client feedback on solution performance and usability to influence the product roadmap and drive continuous improvement. - Develop training documentation for client teams, stay ahead of industry/regulatory trends, and maintain required payment, security, and privacy certifications. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of progressive experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise client delivery (preferably in payments/FinTech). - Proven success leading major, high-value client engagements with significant financial or technical complexity. - Deep familiarity with complex payment ecosystems, software integration patterns, and translating technical concepts into actionable business strategies. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between deep technical implementation and executive-level business goals. - Familiarity with agile software practices, strong structured problem-solving skills, and a focus on operational excellence. - Flexibility to travel up to 25% for client engagements as needed.
