• Develops relationships with new clients to increase business opportunities and revenue. • Creates a plan of action to achieve performance objectives, goals, and quota through new business development. • Finds creative ways to identify and pursue new business opportunities offering category expertise with blended solutions to increase brand awareness, leads, and traffic at store level and on website. • Develops and maintains a pipeline of business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. • Drives revenue growth among new clients by uncovering and understanding their business needs and optimizing campaigns based on data and ROI. • Updates and maintains real time information in CRM to manage day-to-day activities that drive successful business outcomes. • Prepares and conducts presentations to provide insightful client-related information and data regarding how our products and services benefit their company goals. • Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals, negotiating terms and conditions with clients. • Works collaboratively with our various cross-functional teams (Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Analytics, etc.) to deliver exceptional experiences and products to the client. • Exemplifies Mspark as a brand ambassador internally and externally.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of outside/remote sales experience or related experience in Advertising, Marketing, and/or Media, with a proven record of digital marketing sales success.
- Technologically savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools, preferred.

Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building our healthcare practitioner client-base through email and outbound calling activities and fostering client relationships. The Inside Sales Representative makes a high volume of outbound calls daily, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Work Environment This position is located in an employee’s remote/home office environment with frequent use of a computer, telephone and related hardware.
