• Establish and maintain a unified knowledge management framework across TA&G • Leads change communications across the organization • Own channel and visualization strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging and delivery formats • Develop and maintain content including SOPs, job aides, process maps, service playbooks, and Visio documentation • Collaborate with TA Operations Lead to proactively update documentation based on process, system, or policy changes • Coordinate with Data & Insights to ensure proper report distribution, visibility, and accessibility standards • Govern knowledge lifecycle management, version control, and content review cadence • Manage large-scale documentation or process visualization initiatives • Influence stakeholders on documentation standards, knowledge governance, and process transparency • Coach contributors on documentation best practices and visualization standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of related experience in operations, knowledge management, process improvement, or program governance
- Recognized subject matter expert in process documentation and knowledge systems
- Experience managing large documentation or cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to operate with limited oversight and influence across functional boundaries
- Demonstrated ability to solve difficult and often complex operational challenges
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (e.g., Visio), knowledge platforms, and process documentation standards
