The Opportunity As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management team you are expected to lead practices in budgeting and forecasting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasting. As a Senior Manager you are responsible for leading large projects, innovating processes, and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
