Product Relations Specialist, Supply Chain

• Support the Product Relations Manager in developing optimal product configuration framework with manufacturing, distribution, and other supply chain functions. • Support the Product Relations Manager in maintaining processes between Supply Chain Operations and Product Development to ensure product design frameworks are implemented consistently and monitored for quality. • Ensure product hierarchies and attributes support business reporting while maintaining enterprise standards for product configuration, master data, and data integrity. • Act as subject matter expert regarding product configuration and customer experience related to supply chain operations workflows and capabilities. • Partner with Product teams to develop high-level physical product configurations for new products, evaluating operational costs, fulfillment timelines, unit counts, scope and sequence, page counts, and related considerations. • Ensure that finished product files are available in time for supply chain functions and overall fulfillment readiness. • Partner with Operations, external vendors, and Product teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. • Support the Product Relations Manager in recommending a list of all physical items included in product to determine physical format of books and configuration of products, pricing, manufacturing and fulfillment standards, and understanding and communicating operations and production cost to ensure market readiness. • Responsible for item data processing needs of all departments (sales, marketing, product development, supply chain) while managing and performing data quality checks against standards assigned. • Create and maintain product setup standards across business systems, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item master data. • Ensure product data supports the needs of Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain, including contracts, samples, purchasing, vendor management, fulfillment, and product versioning. • Work with the internal Implementation team and customers to help ensure an effective materials and entitlement onboarding process, as well as delivery issues, defective or replacement materials, or enrollment concerns for managed accounts between $1M-5M. • Communicate risks to and escalate issues to Amplify Supply Chain and senior leadership. • Comply with Amplify’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals for its employees and products. • Ensure all teammates, as well as cross-company team members, experience inclusion, are engaged in their projects, and feel psychological safety to bring their authentic and true selves to work.
• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level web development projects, including website redesigns, CMS implementations, and digital platform integrations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget • Collaborate closely with marketing content strategists, marketing analytics specialists, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to define project requirements and technical specifications for web-based educational platforms and marketing sites • Manage the implementation and optimization of the WordPress content management system, ensuring scalable content workflows and user-friendly authoring experiences • Oversee the integration of design systems and component libraries across multiple web properties, maintaining brand consistency and accessibility standards • Coordinate the deployment and optimization of marketing technology stack, including analytics platforms (Google Analytics, DataDog), marketing automation tools (HubSpot) • Monitor project health through comprehensive reporting on timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ROI metrics, building and maintaining dashboards for sprint progress, delivery metrics, and workload visibility using tools such as Jira dashboards and Smartsheets, and providing regular updates to executive leadership with tools such as Jira and Adobe Workfront • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for web development projects, including user acceptance testing, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2), and performance optimization • Serve as the primary point of contact for status updates on development requests, proactively communicating progress, risks, blockers, delays, and tradeoffs to stakeholders; provide regular updates and track and communicate KPIs related to delivery efficiency, ensuring clear expectations on timelines and alignment across stakeholders.
