Role Description The Design and Construction Coordination Support/Document Control team member coordinates activities between the Program Delivery Services (PDS) Civil Infrastructure Engineering (CIE) team and the Construction Packages’ Project Construction Manager (PCM)/other sections/consultants/stakeholders. The role coordinates the review of: - Request for Information (RFI) - Non-conformance Reports (NCR) - Quality Milestone Data Pack (QMDP) - Bridge Quality Assessment Reports - Design Variance Request (DVR) They attend all meetings related to the construction packages and lead submittal review meetings. They ensure all documentation related to the submittal reviews is adequately archived and maintain an organized and systematic project document control. Works closely with CIE staff, Rail Engineering, and Construction Services on the Program for any related needs.
