What You'll Do - Design and build high-quality templates for presentations, documents, and workbooks. - Create layouts, visual systems, and reusable design components that support a wide range of customer scenarios. - Apply strong design judgment to ensure every template is clear, polished, accessible, and easy to customize. - Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, color, imagery, tables, charts, and content hierarchy. - Translate creative briefs and content requirements into practical, customer-ready template designs. - Support template production workflows by creating, editing, and quality-checking files across common office applications. - Collaborate with content, design, and product partners to incorporate feedback and improve template quality. - Maintain strong attention to file structure, usability, accessibility, and cross-platform presentation quality. Qualifications - 2-4 years of graphic design experience with a graphic design portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, composition, and visual design skills. - Experience designing professional content in presentation, document, and spreadsheet applications. - Strong understanding of template design, presentation design, document layout, and workbook formatting. - Proficiency with common office productivity suites, especially presentation, document, and spreadsheet applications. - Experience using design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud and demonstrated experience using AI content generation tools. - Ability to follow creative direction, interpret briefs, and apply feedback efficiently. - Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience creating customer-facing templates or business content for broad audiences. - Familiarity with accessibility best practices for presentations, documents, and spreadsheets. - Experience designing within established brand systems or design guidelines. - Strong production-design discipline, including file cleanup, formatting precision, and quality control. - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and feedback loops.
