• Design of the target AWS architecture (Landing Zone, VPC/networking, security) • Execution of VMware-to-AWS migrations using AWS MGN and AWS Transform • Development and maintenance of Terraform modules (Infrastructure as Code) • Planning migration waves, including EOL systems, domain controllers, and DMZ/PCI workloads • Migration and redesign of Citrix and F5 environments

• Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. • We embed engineers and leaders inside client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) — people who learn the work, ship the system, and own the outcome. Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Bluprints. • You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. That loop is the difference between an outcome and an invoice. • You’ll be measured on whether the Business Unit’s number moved — not on hours, not on scope delivered. • This is a role for engineers who have led before — as a founder, a CTO, a staff engineer — and who want to stay in the code while owning the outcome. On most days you’ll be the most senior technical person in the room, and you’ll still be the one shipping.

• Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations. • Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality. • Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools. • Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients. • Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements. • Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success. • Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities. • Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities. • Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.

• Evaluar los hosts locales y realizar descubrimiento a través de procesos comerciales, CPU, memoria, almacenamiento, dependencias y patrones de tiempo de ejecución para determinar la preparación para la migración. • Analizar cargas de trabajo basadas en funcionalidad, criticidad empresarial, requisitos de resiliencia y tolerancia a interrupciones para determinar la colocación adecuada de computación en la nube. • Planificar y provisionar la capacidad de infraestructura en la nube necesaria para soportar la migración, pruebas y ejecución en producción. • Ejecutar pruebas UAT y paralelas en producción, comparar resultados, capturar evidencia y solucionar discrepancias hasta el cierre. • Realizar ajuste y optimización del rendimiento para asegurar que las cargas de trabajo migradas sean estables, escalables, eficientes y listas para producción. • Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería de aplicaciones, infraestructura y plataformas para finalizar los planes de migración, el enfoque de lanzamiento, los criterios de validación y las consideraciones de reversión. • Gestionar la preparación del lanzamiento, ejecutar actividades de despliegue en producción y completar procedimientos de chequeo y validación posteriores al lanzamiento. • Apoyar la desactivación de hosts locales heredados después de la migración y validación exitosa. • Diseñar, mejorar e implementar marcos de automatización y soluciones asistidas por IA para permitir migraciones en la nube repetibles, eficientes y a gran escala. • Documentar procedimientos de migración, aprendizajes operacionales, riesgos y mejores prácticas para mejorar el modelo de ejecución de la fábrica.
