• Lead the technical strategy for cell & gene therapy opportunities by partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate client Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and develop competitive customer proposals • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for ultracold & liquid nitrogen clinical and commercial packaging, and biorepository solutions • Represent Thermo Fisher during customer meetings, technical presentations, bid defenses, and facility tours, effectively communicating our capabilities and differentiators • Evaluate customer requirements, identify technical risks and opportunities, and recommend practical, executable solutions that align with operational capabilities • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other technical experts to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and commercially competitive • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer requirements while balancing operational capabilities and business objectives • Continuously expand knowledge of ultracold, liquid nitrogen and biorepository market trends, and Thermo Fisher service offerings to strengthen customer solutions
