Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, business analytics, institutional research, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in data analysis (preferably in higher education admissions or enrollment management). - Demonstrated proficiency with Slate CRM or similar admissions/CRM platforms. - Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. - Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation. - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
