Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative supporting our Moen Commercial Sales business, you'll play an important role in helping drive sales growth by partnering closely with our Regional Business Development Managers to manage commercial project opportunities from initial lead through project completion. Working with customers across wholesale, distribution, contractor, and commercial channels, you'll help ensure projects move forward smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. In this collaborative, customer-focused role, you'll serve as a trusted inside sales partner by identifying new project opportunities, managing quotations, coordinating project timelines, and providing product recommendations that help customers find the right solutions for their business. You'll work closely with field sales, manufacturer representative agencies, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional partners to help drive revenue growth and support successful project execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced sales environment. Whether you're following up on new leads, coordinating complex commercial opportunities, or partnering with field sales to close business, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing the skills needed for future growth within Moen's Commercial Sales organization. POSITION LOCATION: This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement anywhere within the United States with preference to candidates in the Atlanta, GA metro area. Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively across multiple time zones while supporting Moen's Commercial Sales organization. Occasional travel is required for team meetings, customer visits, sales events, and training, with travel expected to be approximately 10%. What you will be doing - Partner with Regional Business Development Managers to support territory sales objectives and drive commercial project growth. - Manage project opportunities from lead generation through project completion, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service. - Develop, prepare, and manage project quotations while coordinating closely with customers and field sales partners. - Identify and qualify commercial project opportunities using Moen lead sources and regional sales strategies. - Maintain an accurate sales pipeline while tracking project activity, customer communications, and sales opportunities. - Build strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, contractors, manufacturer representative agencies, and other commercial customers. - Review project specifications, understand customer requirements, and recommend appropriate Moen product solutions. - Coordinate with Supply Chain and internal partners on projects requiring forecasting or specialized fulfillment planning. - Conduct pre- and post-sale follow-up to ensure project timelines remain on track and customer expectations are met. - Utilize CRM platforms and company sales tools to effectively manage opportunities, customer relationships, and sales activity. - Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams to help support future sales strategies and business growth. - Represent Moen and Fortune Brands Innovations with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent sales or customer-facing experience. - 1+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, customer service, or a related business environment. - Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and proactively support customer needs. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across remote teams. - Comfortable traveling up to 10% for meetings, training, and customer visits. - Willingness to relocate within approximately three years to pursue future Field Sales opportunities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Experience supporting commercial sales, wholesale distribution, construction products, plumbing, building materials, or related industries. - Experience managing quotations, project opportunities, or sales pipelines. - Experience using CRM platforms such as SAP CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. - Desire to build a long-term career within commercial sales, including future opportunities in Inside Sales leadership or Field Sales. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $40,000 USD - $66,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
