Senior Developer, Applications Development – Support Lead

Scotts Co

• Manage day-to-day technical aspects of software maintenance across two large SFDC instances • Lead Salesforce Ecosystem Support “Pod” for production issues and ticket triage • Contribute to complex Salesforce issues in development process • Design and build Salesforce solutions integrating with various Salesforce clouds • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools • Mentor junior development team members • Develop Salesforce solutions from configuration to customization

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On
  • Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and familiarity with DevOps tools
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Deployment process and best practices
  • Strong preference for Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II, Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Experience in Solution and/or Technical Architecture
