Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Requirements/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the CADE2 IMF Modernization project for the IRS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in requirements management tools, business process reengineering, and stakeholder communication, and will have specific experience within the IRS. This role is crucial in ensuring that our business processes align with organizational goals and project requirements, and in supporting the CADE2 IMF Modernization Requirements Engineering (RE) Solutions. Knowledge of the IRS technical environment is important. The scope of work for this effort includes providing support for all aspects of CADE2 IMF Modernization Requirements Engineering Solutions activities, such as: - Planning - Strategy - Technical solutions analysis - Program/project requirements definitions - Change and configuration management - Oversight - Ad-hoc analysis The contractor shall serve as subject matter experts (SME) to the CADE2 IMF Modernization program and project teams.
