Role Description We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect, a hands-on technical leadership role for a senior professional who combines deep Dynamics 365 expertise with modern integration practices, delivering scalable digital solutions across industries. This is a fully remote position. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. - 3+ years in a solution architect or technical lead role on enterprise D365 implementations. - Outstanding track record demonstrating successful delivery of complex D365 projects across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Engagement modules. - Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services including DevOps, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. - Experience working in consulting firms, professional services, or B2B environments is highly preferred. - Solid understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and enterprise integration patterns. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling solutions for business stakeholders. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Requirements - Architect end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and Microsoft best practices. - Lead solution design sessions, technical workshops, and discovery engagements with clients and internal teams. - Define integration strategies between D365 and third-party systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and APIs. - Oversee and mentor development teams during implementation, customization, and deployment phases. - Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to ensure quality and scalability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow models, and integration specs. - Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. - Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and technical standards. - Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend adoption of new features and capabilities. Education - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Role Description We are currently looking for a D365 F&O Developer to join our team. - The ideal candidate will have experience with X++, as well as a solid understanding of the Finance and Operations modules. - The D365 F&O Developer will participate in daily stand-up meetings to share progress from the previous day, communicate planned tasks and objectives for the current day, and identify and report any blockers or challenges that may impact progress. Qualifications - Experience in Software Engineering and Development. - Hands-on AX2012 and/or D365 F&O development experience. - X++ Development to update reports or provide D365 extensions. - Ensure testing of development work to drive quality work results. - Experienced with Application development life cycle and software development methodologies including Scrum. - Able to make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs, and work in other areas of our codebase with guidance if necessary. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and pipelines. - Requires minimal direction or oversight. - Strong drive to meet and exceed commitments. - Experience required with the following Microsoft technologies: Visual Studio, X++, .NET, T-SQL, and SSRS. - English proficiency: Conversational or advanced level, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts. Requirements - Nice to have: Experience with the following technologies: TFS, GIT, IIS, and SQL Server. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. Main Activity - Customize and extend the Dynamics 365 F&O platform using X++ programming, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform system configurations, testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of the Dynamics 365 F&O system. - Develop and maintain data migration strategies and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between systems. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. - Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features, updates, and best practices to advise on system enhancements and improvements. - Document technical specifications, project details, and system processes.
