Role Description - Monitor and maintain all PeopleSoft delivered architecture components. - Assist in capacity and resource planning for platform and infrastructure facilities. - Provide best practice recommendations for software, hardware, and configuration changes to enhance system performance. - Review, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for all PeopleSoft components. - Apply PeopleSoft application patches, bundles, and maintenance packs to Batch and Online objects. - Perform patches and upgrades of PeopleTools 8.6 and above. - Add/manage packages on PUM VMs. - Monitor, maintain, and manage external/internal interface components as necessary. - Analyze and complete migrations of internal/external PeopleSoft objects. - Ensure adherence to project development standards by developers. - Collaborate with DBAs and Server administrators as required. - Provide assistance to developers and users as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the AOC. - Expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. - Expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. Requirements - Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. - Five (5) years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. - Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and testing, selective adoption process, data archive best practices, PeopleSoft database administration, Oracle database administration, WebLogic administration, PeopleSoft troubleshooting, and maintaining PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components including Application Server, Web Server, and Process Scheduler, and PeopleSoft Integration Broker. - Expert level knowledge of SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, and REST-based webservers. - Ability to provide expert customer service.
