Role Description Bathing Brands is looking for an eCommerce Platform Operations Specialist to help support the daily operation and continued improvement of our growing digital commerce ecosystem. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, investigating problems, organizing complex information, and helping move technology projects from an idea or reported issue through development, testing, and release. Our eCommerce environment includes multiple websites serving different customers and business channels, a shared Drupal commerce platform, and integrations with our ERP and other business systems. This position will work at the intersection of our websites, Product Catalog team, business users, and Web Development team. You do not need to be a software developer. You do need to be technically curious, exceptionally organized, comfortable learning complex business processes, and willing to dig into a problem until you understand what is actually happening. Please note this position is fully remote; however, we are only hiring residents from Illinois or Wisconsin. Qualifications - Experience supporting an eCommerce website, CMS, digital platform, software product, or other technology-driven business environment. - Experience with Drupal or another content management system. Drupal experience is strongly preferred. - Experience with Asana, Jira, or another work management or development tracking platform. - Understanding of the fundamentals of software testing, QA, UAT, or structured troubleshooting. - Ability to translate a business problem into clear written requirements and testable outcomes. - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple issues, requests, and development tasks at different stages. - Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical teams. - Enjoy learning complex systems and understanding how information and processes move between them. - Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the larger business objective. - Comfortable taking ownership of an issue and helping move it toward resolution. Requirements - Receive, investigate, reproduce, and document website issues reported by customers, dealers, and internal users. - Translate reported problems and business requests into clear, actionable Asana tasks for the Web Development team. - Manage and maintain the Web Development Asana project, including task status, requirements, supporting information, priorities, dependencies, and follow-up. - Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather the information needed to move issues and features forward. - Perform first-round troubleshooting to determine whether an issue is related to website functionality, data, configuration, user permissions, or an integrated system. - Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website fixes, enhancements, and new features. - Develop a deep understanding of user workflows across our websites, including consumer, dealer, sales, customer service, Product Catalog, and other internal workflows. - Build and maintain repeatable test scenarios and regression testing processes for critical website functionality. - Validate completed development work against business requirements and real-world user workflows. - Administer designated areas of Drupal, including user accounts and permissions, menus, taxonomy structures, and other approved configuration tasks. - Work closely with the Product Catalog team to support website taxonomy, navigation, product organization, and other catalog-related website needs. - Help identify patterns in recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and platform usability. - Create and maintain documentation for website workflows, business rules, testing scenarios, and administrative processes. - Support release readiness by ensuring completed work has been tested, documented, and validated before or immediately following deployment. Role Description Bathing Brands is looking for an Acumatica ERP Specialist to join our Enterprise Systems team. Acumatica sits at the center of how our business operates, connecting teams and processes across various departments. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to use technology to support the people behind it. You’ll work directly with teams across Bathing Brands, helping users, troubleshooting issues, testing new functionality, improving workflows, and supporting the continued evolution of our ERP environment. Please note this position is fully remote; however, we are only hiring residents from Illinois or Wisconsin. What You’ll Do - Support Acumatica users across the organization and help troubleshoot system and process issues. - Investigate problems, identify root causes, and coordinate with external partners or Acumatica Support when needed. - Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access. - Build and maintain Generic Inquiries, dashboards, notifications, business events, and other Acumatica configurations. - Learn and support business workflows across various departments. - Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing for updates, fixes, new features, and integrations. - Create clear, useful documentation for system processes and user procedures. - Help train users and support the rollout of new functionality. - Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance Acumatica's functionality. - Support ERP initiatives and integrations alongside the VP of Enterprise Systems, business leaders, internal teams, and external technology partners. Qualifications - Experience working with or supporting Acumatica ERP. - A strong understanding of ERP systems and how business processes connect across departments. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how things work. - The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates. - The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow problems through to resolution. - Experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, dashboards, security, and configuration tools is preferred. - Experience with system testing, documentation, and user training is preferred. - Experience in distribution, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, service, or eCommerce is a plus.
