• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud (Communities). • Provide daily end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver user training to maximize platform adoption. • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. • Configure, automate, and optimize business processes using Salesforce Flow. • Manage and enhance Salesforce CPQ, including products, quotes, contracts, orders, pricing rules, and related configurations. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making. • Ensure data quality through data imports, cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance. • Document system configurations, customizations, and business processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and integrations with third-party applications. • Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce.
- At least 1 year of full-time experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Proven experience administering:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Experience configuring and optimizing automations using Salesforce Flow.
- Working knowledge of applications such as DocuSign and Conga.
- Experience gathering business requirements and performing functional analysis.
- Strong experience creating and managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Experience delivering end-user training and providing ongoing Salesforce support.
- Solid understanding of data management, data cleansing, and data integrity best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
