• Configuration and administration of Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Subscription Management • Ensures accurate quoting, streamlined billing processes, and compliance with revenue recognition standards • Configure products, pricing, product bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting structures. • Build advanced logic such as product rules, price rules, automation flows, and guided selling. • Optimize quote-to-order processes to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes. • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to translate and maintain commercial pricing and contract policy into system logic. • Train and support end users on CPQ workflows; serve as escalation point for configuration issues • Document system architecture, data dictionaries, and governance standards for audit and value-creation reporting

• The role is part of the Commercial Operations Team that ensures the Labcorp BLS Sales, Proposals and Contracts teams can leverage new and existing technologies to meet the commercial needs of our clients. • A unique opportunity to combine your interest in sales, proposals, contracts, data analytics and technology. • Contribute to the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the Labcorp BLS CRM system (Salesforce) and associated tools that are needed to support these efforts. • Provide end-user support for all system users and using both technical and business knowledge. • Set up and maintain role-based access via profiles and permissions. • Monitor feedback within the system and respond to end-user queries. • Design and manage flows, page layouts, record types, fields and reports. • Assist with the development and documentation of business and functional requirements and all implementations related to stand alone functionality, including testing of new enhancements and documentation. • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an audience-appropriate manner. • Set high standards of performance, assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments.

• Own enhancements start-to-finish: building and updating automation, running QA/UAT in sandbox environments, managing deployments via change sets, and documenting and communicating changes as needed • Manage and maintain custom objects/fields, process builder, validation rules flows, and other automation features • Support creating and maintaining product rules, product actions, product configuration and advanced approval rules • Serve as the primary owner for CPQ troubleshooting, partnering with CPQ team, Sales and Sales Operations to diagnose and resolve quoting issues quickly and accurately • Manage and maintain related sales technology connected to Salesforce (e.g., Gong), and own how data moves between systems • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions • Manage data imports, deduplication, and database cleanup to maintain data accuracy using Dataloader or Inspector • Train sales team members on relevant tools, processes, and reporting
