Business Development Representative

Quid

• Partner with Account Executives to identify priority accounts and proactively build outbound pipeline aligned to territory and revenue goals • Conduct targeted account research to identify high-potential prospects aligned to Quid’s ideal customer profile • Execute consistent multi-channel outreach, including daily cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting and engagement • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound prospects using structured frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC) • Convert qualified conversations into meetings and sales opportunities for assigned Account Executives • Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly meeting and pipeline targets • Analyze outreach metrics and conversion data to continuously refine targeting and messaging strategy • Partner closely with Marketing to provide feedback on messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness • Use CRM and prospecting platforms to track activity, engagement, research insights, and pipeline performance

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or prospecting
  • Demonstrated success cold calling senior-level decision-makers
  • Experience executing multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft (or equivalent sequencing tools), and Salesforce to build and manage pipeline
  • Experience qualifying opportunities using structured methodologies (e.g., BANT, CHAMP, MEDDICC)
  • Comfortable analyzing outreach performance metrics and adjusting approach based on data
  • Competitive, quota-driven mindset with resilience and strong follow-through
  • Strong organization, consistency, and CRM discipline
  • Interest in AI, social media, digital marketing, or emerging technologies is a plus.
